What we collect

When you request a consultation or apply to mentor, we collect the details you enter in the form, such as names, email address, phone number, school, grade, subject interests and academic background.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, match students with mentors and run the program. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news and guidance, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the people and services needed to deliver the program, such as your child’s matched mentor and the email provider we use to receive form submissions.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are read and whether the consultation form is used. It tells us about visits in aggregate, not who you are. We don’t use advertising cookies. Every visitor sees a cookie notice on their first visit. Visitors in the UK and EU are asked before any analytics cookies are set, and anyone can change their choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Students under 18

We collect information about students under 18 only from a parent, guardian, educator or the student with a parent’s involvement, and only what we need to provide our services.
